We worked closely with their Product Management to understand their current market positioning. Through this market investigation, we outlined features, finalized requirements and laid out specifications for their hardware supply chain.
Design hardware additions to their lighting systems that would enable them to seed their current customer’s configurations and future customers' with mesh based network local devices such that management of these lightning devices would reach new levels of automation capabilities. To enable such automation, design software that is supported through browsers and mobile devices to allow control of such devices remotely and on-site. Finally, scale such development utilizing Kelp’s Cloud Platform offerings.
Not only did we assist in creating this foundation but we shared our knowledge of the development with our partner to help them solidify themselves in a future self-sustainable manner. Creating a confident bi-winning strategy.
